I almost didn’t choose Excel to build my deck but I am SO glad that I did. The other company we were considering was only $100 cheaper than Excel’s price but I didn’t feel as comfortable with them during the estimate. When the other companies came out it felt rushed and they were so pushy and wanted me to sign a contract that day. But when Charlie came out I didn’t feel pressured at all and he never tried to push a contract on me. I did receive a follow up call from Excel the next day just asking how my appointment went, which was nice, but it wasn’t a sales call. I never heard from the other companies that gave me estimates after the day we met.
